Haven’t seen a truer Youtube video. To defend on the side of doctors (per hospital pharmacists I have worked with), most MDs won’t jump down your throat on changing med regimens, after all this IS a team effort in hospital. I almost thank Jim Plagakis for bringing this to my attention.
